Private and confidential, we find many clients appreciate a more structured and time led negotiation process, such as mediation which when handled by a tactful and robust mediator is very effective.

It is notable that although not adversarial in nature it is important to have a mediator with knowledge of alternative dispute resolution processes; and so convincingly state the impetus to settle that might otherwise be missed if the consequences of not settling early are not fully explained to the parties.
